Monitor Swap
macOS menu bar utility to quickly swap dual-monitor arrangements. Pro users can calibrate with iPhone camera + CV.

What it does
When working at a desk with a laptop and an ultrawide monitor, you might switch positions: desk mode with laptop in front and ultrawide to the right, or easy chair mode sitting on the other side where monitors are flipped. This app lets you toggle between these layouts with a single click from the menu bar.
Pro Feature: CV Calibration
For users who want pixel-perfect display positioning, Monitor Swap includes an advanced computer vision calibration system. Using your iPhone as a camera, the app detects QR codes displayed on each screen and calculates their precise 3D positions in space.
How it works:
- Place iPhone camera facing your displays
- App displays unique QR codes on each screen
- Vision Framework detects and localizes QR codes
- Calculates intrinsic camera matrix and lens distortion
- Outputs precise display coordinates for swapping
